Speedprint Technology picked up its fifth Service Excellence Award from respected industry publication Circuits Assembly at APEX 2018. Only one company among those contesting the award each year can win. For Speedprint to win the screen printing category five times in six years is a notable achievement.
Mark Brawley, President of Speedprint, collected the award at a presentation held on the show floor at APEX in San Diego. “It is especially rewarding to receive this particular award as we know the judging is based entirely on direct feedback from our customers. That means the outcome is decided by the people who matter to our business the most,” Brawley explains.
Speedprint is one of the few dedicated Screen Printer specialist companies in the market. “With the consolidation that has taken place across the industry, we are probably the only premium screen printer brand that remains autonomous,” says Brawley. “That allows us to focus exclusively on delivering superior customer service, without that valuable resource or expertise being diluted by supporting other processes or products in the SMT assembly line. It’s great to have that dedication acknowledged by another Service Excellence Award.”
Aside from being recognized as the top-performing business in screen printing Customer Service, Speedprint has many other stories to reinforce its claim to the title. A testimony from its largest US customer, Micro Analog Inc., cites support as a key differentiator that influenced its decision to switch to Speedprint printers.
