An exclusive WNIE and Humiseal series on the history and developments of Conformal Coating
WNIE spoke with David Greenman, director at Humiseal.
David Greenman has been involved in HumiSeal Conformal Coatings for over 42 years.
In 1980 Concoat Ltd was formed as a distributor for HumiSeal products and David became Technical Director, a position he held for 25 years. Over those 25 years Concoat Ltd became a licenced manufacturer for HumiSeal and a developer of conformal coatings. In 2005 when Concoat Ltd was sold to Chase Corporation, David was retained as Managing Director a position he held for ten years before semi-retirement in 2015.
Chase Corporation not wanting to lose all those years of knowledge, retained David as a director of HumiSeal Europe Ltd, HumiSeal Europe SARL and HumiSeal India Private Ltd to be responsible for corporate oversite and to provide assistance to the commercial and technical divisions in the EMEIA area, a function he is still performing.
