Career Vacancy – Technical Applications Manager

 SCSJob description:

  • Support technical conversations with clients across the company product portfolio
  • Run and manage technical evaluations of equipment both on customer site and in the technical lab
  • Create and determine installation best practices for our customer pool, supporting installations of equipment and advising on best practice
  • Develop a team of technical experts to support the continued growth of company products
  • Support sales effort from technical standpoint, including attending external and internal meetings
  • Interface with our major suppliers and coordinate technical support for teams
  • Technically train staff on equipment in product portfolio.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to equipment for future releases from suppliers.

    Location: UK, field based

    Salary Range: 50-70K (including bonus)

    Skills and qualifications required:

  • Business level English and Korean
  • University degree 2:1 and above (or equivalent)
  • Background in Electronics production (not critical but preferred)
  • Experience using or managing SMT inspection systems (essential)
  • Current drivers license
