Job description:
- Support technical conversations with clients across the company product portfolio
- Run and manage technical evaluations of equipment both on customer site and in the technical lab
- Create and determine installation best practices for our customer pool, supporting installations of equipment and advising on best practice
- Develop a team of technical experts to support the continued growth of company products
- Support sales effort from technical standpoint, including attending external and internal meetings
- Interface with our major suppliers and coordinate technical support for teams
- Technically train staff on equipment in product portfolio.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to equipment for future releases from suppliers.
Location: UK, field based
Salary Range: 50-70K (including bonus)
Skills and qualifications required:
- Business level English and Korean
- University degree 2:1 and above (or equivalent)
- Background in Electronics production (not critical but preferred)
- Experience using or managing SMT inspection systems (essential)
- Current drivers license
